Terms of Service

1. Who may use GenFlops

You must be at least 13 years old, meet the minimum age required where you live, and be permitted to use the email address and account used to sign in. GenFlops is not directed to children under 13.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate account and profile information.
• Keep access to your email address and account secure.
• Do not sell, share or automate accounts to evade limits or enforcement.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. What you may share

GenFlops is a general-audience community for AI-made images, video, audio and text. You may share Hits, Flops, Remixes and Fixes only when you have the right to do so.

• No sexually explicit content or sexual exploitation.
• No content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• No non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats or doxxing.
• No illegal content, malware, scams, spam or attempts to bypass site security.
• No copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation, or misleading claims of ownership.

4. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of content you own. By submitting it, you give GenFlops a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and promote the GenFlops service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal obligations and content already shared by others through permitted features.

You are responsible for prompts, outputs and source material you publish, including permission from people shown or heard in them.

5. Remixes and Fixes

Remixes and Fixes must link to the original Gen when the feature provides that relationship. Attribution on GenFlops does not replace any licence or permission required by the original rights holder.

6. Moderation

GenFlops may review, limit, reject, quarantine or remove content and may restrict or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, obey law or secure the service. Reports and appeals are reviewed in context; automated or user reports do not decide guilt by themselves.

7. Premium bundle purchases

Premium avatar bundles are digital items delivered to your account after payment confirmation. All bundle sales are final: we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for completed bundle purchases, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Any refund request that may be eligible must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds after 30 days.

If you believe a purchase was unauthorized or incorrectly completed, contact us promptly through the GenFlops contact form so we can investigate. Any refund that is issued revokes the related premium-bundle entitlement.

8. Service availability

The service may change, pause or experience errors. GenFlops is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GenFlops is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from community content or service interruption. GenFlops remains responsible where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent through the GenFlops contact form.
